You’d make a great Pet Personnel if you:
Consider yourself a “animal lover,” and enjoy regularly taking care of animals.
Able to work on your own and use critical thinking to create flexible solutions to any problems that may arise.
Understand how to create a great customer service experience.
Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
Are open to learning new things (especially anything related to animals!)
Are comfortable with responsibilities like animal-handling and safety.
Can keep cool and calm in a lively environment.
Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Have excellent communications skills.

Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed

Basic Qualifications
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet operating policies and standards, including providing quality services to clients, animal handling and safety/security, with or without reasonable accommodation
Engage with and understand our clients (pets included), including discovering and responding to animal needs through constant vigilance and attention
Provide love and care, prepare food and beverages, administer medication, and attend to the medical needs of any pet
Available to perform many different tasks within the day during each shift
