What services does Paw Central Offer?
We have a variety of services, including (but not limited to!) :
dog walking
pet visits
pet sitting
overnight pet-sitting (in your pet’s home)
overnight pet-boarding at our private location
pet training
and any pet transportation services
Our Pet Personnel are experienced animal lovers who are thoroughly screened & background checked, and educated on pet first-aid, pet training, and animal CPR.

Is this a Daycare?
Where is your physical location?
Paw Central is unfortunately not a Daycare Facility.
We have our business location at 230 NE 4th St, Miami, FL 33132
for any services we need to provide outside of your home!

How do I start?
You can jump right in and book with us right through our super handy scheduler,
or you can fill out our quick form on our home page for a complimentary consultation at any time, and we can get you started ASAP!
I have an emergency! Can I do last minute bookings?
We ask that all of our lovely clients schedule at least a week in advance of their preferred booking dates for the sake of availability but…
We understand that last minute situations happen, and do our best to help!
Please keep in mind that last minute bookings will come at an extra fee, and may not always be available…
What’s the cancellation policy?
We offer store credit for anything cancelled before 24 hours.
If the Pet Personnel is already on the way and the service is cancelled, and/or the Pet Personnel is not able to get to the pet due to negligence; the full amount will still be charged to compensate for the professional’s time.
For overnight stays you must cancel minimum of 48 hours in advance for a refund. If it is past the minimum you will be charged 50% of the reservation. If the service has already begun and you decide to cancel; the full amount will still be charged to compensate for the pet professional’s time.
My pet has special medical conditions.
Can you still take care of them?
Of course! At Paw Central, our Pet Personnel are educated on how to take care of a multitude of animals with varying medical conditions. Our Pet Personnel will be able to administer almost any medication necessary with no extra charge to you.
Please make sure to specify your pet’s special needs in the forms required to book any services!
Do you offer services for exotic pets?
Of course! Paw Central’s Pet Personnel are versed on how to take care of any exotic family you may need help with! We love all of our scaly, feathery, furry, and hairless friends equally :)
